At RWI, we collaborated with a client to create a sophisticated and user-friendly website to help users find services on it's airport terminal and to also get real-time data on flights.
Our mission was to develop a website that not only showcased all the information and services available on that terminal, but also integrated real-time features such as flight status updates and security wait times. This website aimed to enhance convenience for travelers, providing them with comprehensive details about the terminal’s offerings and helping them navigate their journey smoothly.
One of the significant challenges was migrating existing real-time features from the client's previous system and ensuring they functioned seamlessly with the new technology stack. Additionally, integrating detailed directions to each service and designing an efficient and intuitive front-end were critical for achieving a user-friendly experience.
Real-Time Feature Integration: We successfully migrated pre-built real-time features, such as flight status and security wait times, ensuring they worked flawlessly with the new tech stack. This provided travelers with up-to-date information, enhancing their overall experience.
