We collect only what we need. Possible categories:

• Contact data — name, email, phone, company.
• Site usage data — pages visited, session time (see section 06).
• Technical logs — IP, user-agent, timestamps (kept for 30 days).

To respond to contact requests, deliver contracted services, improve the site (site usage analysis — see section 06) and meet legal obligations. We never sell data to third parties.

• Consent (art. 6(1)(a)) — for newsletter, marketing, non-essential cookies.
• Contract performance (art. 6(1)(b)) — to respond to requests and provide services.
• Legitimate interest (art. 6(1)(f)) — for security and fraud prevention.

We share only with essential processors (hosting, email), with Google for site usage analysis (see section 06) and, with your consent, with marketing providers. All under a data-processing agreement — we never sell data.

A. Google Analytics (through Google Site Kit)

• Tool: Google Analytics, installed through the Google Site Kit plugin (Google tag GT-5M8NH8K9), provided by Google Ireland Limited and Google LLC.
• Purpose: to measure the number of visits, the pages viewed, the traffic source and the performance of the site.
• Consent: Google analytics cookies are activated only after you accept in the cookie notice; you can refuse or withdraw consent at any time through the site’s «Manage consent» button. Until you accept, analytics and advertising storage stays denied and Google receives only cookieless signals.
• Data processed: the cookieless signals described above; with consent, also online identifiers (Google cookies), device and browser type, pages visited and time, approximate location. Google processes the IP address under its own settings.
• Legal basis: consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR).
• Recipients: Google, as processor for RW Interactive Lda for the measurement. Data sharing with Google for its own purposes is turned off and Google Signals is turned off.
• Transfers outside the EEA: data may be processed in the United States, on the basis of the safeguards Google states it applies.
• Retention: 2 months for event-level data; aggregated statistics may be kept longer.

Your rights

You can ask RWI for access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and portability, object to processing, and withdraw consent at any time (without affecting earlier processing), through [email protected]. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados (www.cnpd.pt).

Contact data: 24 months after last contact. Technical logs: 30 days. Contractual data: 10 years (tax obligation).

You have the right to: access, rectification, erasure, portability, objection and restriction of processing. Requests to [email protected].

TLS in transit, access control on a least-privilege basis, daily backups stored off the server.
